Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently complain about poor service, rude staff, and lack of support, with multiple reports of unclean rooms, dirty beds, and inadequate cleanliness standards. Some guests also mention issues with privacy, overcharging, and lack of amenities. However, the hotel's location is frequently praised for its convenience, especially for those visiting nearby hospitals or seeking easy access to transit. A few reviewers note helpful staff and good value, but these are outweighed by the negative experiences reported by most guests.
