Large room, very clean, great views, lovely swimming pool, very friendly, warm and helpful staff. Good value for money. Near Alberobello, not only famous for trulli-houses but also some great restaurants. We will definitely return.
Some rooms did have airconditioning, ours don't. Since it was very warm during our stay it was greatly missed.

It is in surrounded by beautiful countryside and in a very quiet location . Ideal for location if planning to explore the areaby car
The farm had some animals, kept for the benefit of guests, in very small enclosures and poor condition . The swimming pool had not been filled at the time of our stay , May, despite the weather being suitable for it to have been in use. A new building is being constructed on the site which could be noisy if guests plan to spend time at the hotel during daytime.

Lovely location, backing onto woods, overlooking valley. Kids loved the animals, from rabbits to wild pigs. Big swimming pool and sun lounger terrace. Dining very simple - just sit down and they bring out the food (and a jug of vino!) - no menu. Room was well equipped and once the building work is done has potential to be a very nice place to stay
Food on second night was poor (it had been excellent on the first night). There was extensive building work going on which started at 6.45am - not much of a lie in! Lovely pool, but had obviously recently been 'resealed' and the mastic had not set resulting in a sticky coating on your feet. No obvious way to buy drinks or even water other than at meal times, so prepare for a trip to the supermarket approx 6 km away.
