Excellent customer service and loved their pool and hot tub area! Staff even delivered our Door Dash out to us at the pool! Definitely will stay again when we come down to UNMH for doctor's appointments! Thank you 😊

Overall, guests were pleased with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the airport, and satisfying breakfast options. Many found the rooms comfortable and clean, and several appreciated the shuttle service. However, some reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, noise, hard beds, and parking, as well as occasional problems with amenities like WiFi and hot water. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as service, breakfast, and location stood out for most visitors.AI-Generated from customer reviews

The room was clean and the staff was great with any questions we had.
Pros (+) The room was clean.
Cons (-) The door to the room wouldn’t consistently lock. Additionally, there were repeated problems with the keycards demagnetizing. No breakfast despite advertisements (although perhaps the hotel was overwhelmed from COVID requirements). The hotel was loud well into late night. There was broken glass throughout the parking lot, indicating break-ins might be a problem.
Pros (+) Super comfortable bed. Clean room. Great bargain!
Cons (-) Room smelled a little smokey. Nothing a little perfume couldn't fix.
Pros (+) great breakfast, helpful staff.
Cons (-) in the hallways the carpet smelled old and the smell was being masked by too much carpet freshener.
