The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.
Bistro staff in the morning was not aware of the free Platinum arrival coffee. The Bistro staff in the evening was not aware that one of their sandwiches came with the soup as well as the sides - I was told "no" when I questioned what was written on the menu before they double checked with the kitchen manager who confirmed what I was saying. The gym is incredibly hot with no A/C (at least not during the week I was there). It is also old with very limited equipment. Many of the buttons on my TV remote did not work - when they attempted to replace the remote, none of the buttons on the new remote worked. The A/C in the room is also not on a thermostat and runs constantly. This hotel needs a lot of updates/renovations and additional consistent training for their Bistro staff.
