Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests generally praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location close to highways, restaurants, and the airport. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bed bugs, and poorly maintained facilities such as the pool and elevators. While some found the rooms comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast, others noted maintenance issues and lack of thorough cleaning. Overall, the positive service and location were highlights, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.

Pros (+) The size and cleanliness of the room were the best features! The breakfast was hot and tasted great!
Cons (-) The noise level between the floors was the only disappointing part. The room above us was up 5-6 times and stomped across the floor all hours of the night. It was so loud, it made it hard to sleep! There is air traffic noise which is expected being so close to the airport. This didn’t really bother us, just alerting others this is to be expected.

Using fairly basic ingredients, the staff provided us with a healthy, tasty breakfast -- yogurt, good fruit, good breakfast meat, oatmeal, as well as the standard waffles etc. It was probably the best breakfast that I've had at a Hampton. They kept it ...
Cons (-) The pool area was not as clean as it could have been. The smell from the hot tub, while not strong, indicated that attention was needed. The rooms were clean enough, but not great. But they didn't feel as sharply maintained as other places. For example, there was a bug in the room. Although it was a suite, there was only one little bottle of shampoo and conditioner; we had to ask for more. It wasn...
