Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, proximity to the port, and beautiful views. However, many express disappointment with the bathrooms, citing issues such as poor layout, lack of cleanliness, small size, and inadequate facilities. While some guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for money, others were dissatisfied with the service, particularly the lack of staff presence and unresponsiveness. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, especially in bathrooms, though a few reviews mention clean rooms. Overall, the location is the standout positive aspect, but significant improvements are needed in bathroom quality, cleanliness, and service.AI-Generated from customer reviews
