The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help out with any questions. The rooms were nicely furnished and the house itself was very well-kept with a pretty, quiet inner courtyard, where they also served breakfast and dinner. It's close to the beach and easy to find from the airport. I appreciated the wireless internet.
To the city centre it is at least a 20 minute walk, so it depends what you're looking for. For me, it was just perfect.

We loved the peaceful environment whereas the hotel is near to the beautiful sandy beach. No mass tourism feeling at all. The hotel was the perfect choice.

Beach was cca 200 meters away, tidy room and bathroom. It was around 30 minutes to town by walking, 5-10 minutes by bus, on the other hand the surroundings were calm. In case you wish to travel to city often either book a car or a scooter.
Most of the staff did not understand English, although they tried to be helpful everytime.

Location is indeed very close to the beach. Large parking space. The restaurant manager is very friendly and make you feel confortable. The room furniture was nice, and had a great air conditing as it was very hot in august.
Staff has only few words in english except one. I stayed 2 nights - Never was the room done as you except in the 3*. Breakfast very poor. There is no buffet but the staff will bring yours. I had on those 2 mornings a croissant, jams, a cappucino... The garden wasn't take care of. Not very welcoming when you enter the hotel's courtyard. Pity there isnt a swimming pool, there is enough space.
