Guests frequently compliment the hotel's location, noting its proximity to the beach, golf course, and public transport, as well as the peaceful surroundings. Cleanliness is also highlighted positively in several reviews, especially regarding rooms and common areas. However, there are recurring complaints about the quality of service, with some staff described as unfriendly or inattentive. The pool receives negative feedback due to cleanliness issues, particularly with birds and maintenance. Breakfast is mentioned as an area needing improvement, with guests finding it lacking in variety or value. Overall, while the setting and cleanliness are appreciated, service and pool maintenance could be improved.
