Pros (+) The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Diana at check in was very efficient and helpful, Nader in the lobby made sure we found our way to dinner outside the hotel and even one of the gate security guards intervened when an independent cab driver tried to scam us.
