I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. The room was a good side and the bathroom was a good size too. The hotel is in a location which is convenient ie across the road from Amman Mall and easy access to get to the airport and around Amman. The check in staff were friendly (not too friendly, just friendly), security staff were exceptional - always smiling, always welcoming and always happy to have a chat. The tour operator (taxi and tour service) staff are a little "pushy" in trying to get you to use their services. The souvenier shop staff member was friendly and talkative. The housekeeping staff were always helpful and did a good job cleaning the rooms. The decor is looking a little old/outdated but this is cosmetic. The bed was comfortable and I had no issues sleeping. The bathroom is the only part of the hotel which was poor - it worked fine but did not look fine ie the shower looked dirty/stained (but was clean) and the door frame on the bathroom side of the bathroom door had rotted with the moisture (which is not an issue but just looks poor). The was a small fridge in the room and a safe too. Overall - I liked the hotel and the staff, but believe it needs a little bit of care (the bathroom). A special mention again to the security staff who were just brilliant and made me feel safe and ensured the hotel was safe.
Staff were extremely unprofessional.
Dirty rooms No standards Broken stuff No amenities 7 complaints made on first night only
Not great. You can get better
Location only is the best.
We booked non smoking but they gave us smoking and they said we don’t have non smoking. Room was small and smelled bad. You can get much better hotel like Ayass for same price but much much bigger rooms and with free breakfast on. So we moved from Ibis to Ayass the next day.
TV channels (cable TV)
1.Cleanliness of towels, room 2.Room is too small, no free space 3.No complimentary tea or coffee atleast must have cuttle(water boiler) 4.No parking, atleast should prepare for customers who have cars. 5.Staff not respect, how to look at people.
Good (and complimentary) wi-fi, decent food, good selection of tv channels and on top of it all excellent location within Amman. Very efficient security staff
The service was slightly sluggish sometimes, but overall it was on a good level
Tourist groups acting like invaders in the buffet of the restaurant. After them, it was difficult to enjoy cleaness and food in the restaurant....
Clean, brand new, and good value for money
Internet not always working, no tea/coffee/kettle in room, we were given a bottle of water on day 1 and then we had to buy expensive water from the hotel, restaurant and coffee shop staff not friendly. Beware of high tax charges.
a new good option in a nice part of the city. very clean and cosy rooms. a cot for our little one was provided immediately. there is a safe and big flat tv screen in the room. close to big shopping malls like Amman (opposite the hotel) and Mecca malls (about 10 minutes by taxi). a ride to the city centre costs about 2 JD by taxi. there is a super restaurant not far from the hotel. and a big supermarket in C-town shopping centre just opposite the hotel.
unfortunately the hotel staff were not very helpful about the location of the hotel (couldn't show where is it at the map). a bit too small bathroom. no fridge in the room.
the internet & tv
items at the WC is bad quality as there are no room serivce as breakfast at least must be mine bar at the room
Excellent hotel, very nice and helpful staff, breakfast value for the money, good size rooms.
It is a little bit far from centre, but taxis are really cheap in Amman and so this was no big problem.
This is a brand new hotel. It is clean and comfortable.
Lack of Gym
