FALSE ADVERTISING - Parking NOT guaranteed!! They don't have adequate parking behind their security gate because either they are renting out their spaces to utility trucks and/or refuse to regulate their parking at all (e.g., allowing multiple vehicles per room). I counted to ensure that there are at least as many parking spaces as there are rooms (there are!). So why they can't solve this problem by assigning room numbers to each parking space is beyond me, unless they have a side-hustle renting out their parking spaces to folks not even staying at the hotel (I think they do!). This resulted in me needing to park my work truck full of valuable product for a trade show on the street twice near boarded up businesses and unhoused drug addicts overnight. Boo.
Pros. Nothing, other than the overnight manager Lin that was very helpful and friendly and got me out of this place. It's beyond dirty, the place is downright filthy. You probably can get Covid-19 easily here, the place looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in more than a decade.
Cons. Nothing can be done. The place needs to permanently close. It should actually be condemned as it so dirty and they certainly haven't done anything additional with cleaning through the pandemic. The place is filthy and full of very very shady folks that stay there, I think lots of drug dealings, etc. it's simply awful.
