We enjoyed staying here! Many people remember when it was Red Lion! Hotel Lulu is all reimagined and it has a fun mural I. The lobby to document your trip. Staff was excellent about holding bags while we were at the Disney Parks. I’m walking distance from the park and close to Walgreens for any emergency runs. We enjoyed our visit and love snapping some pictures in the courtyard.

Pros:It was close to the Disneyland park.
Cons:Our door looked like it had been kicked in and just rehung. It did not sit straight in the frame leaving gaps you could literally stick you fingers through into the room. This also let every sound in the hallway into the room. Our room, room 111, is directly across from the gym and a staff/housekeeping room. They open this door about 20 times per night. I know this because I woke up. Every. Single. Time. The door is heavy with a keypad for unlocking, you know the type. The kind that SLAM when they shut. We asked to change rooms and were told repeatedly that they were fully book and we should be happy we even got a room. Inside the room we had tiles falling off in the bathroom. What looked like blood stains on the over blanket and decorative pillow on the bed. Also the toilets are so loud, every time the floor above us would flush it sounded like their toilet was in our room. There was also a giant patch job on the ceiling from previous water damage it looked like. Based on this experience I would highly recommend not staying in this hotel. If you do, stay away from room 111!

Pros:For the price, this hotel was amazing. It was about half the price of all nearby competitors, and was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and we had no complaints. The building was a bit outdated and not as clean as something a bit newer, but again, you can't beat it for the price.

Pros:All the staff we encountered were excellent. From Freddy and Tristian when we checked in to Luis who took very good care of us when we checked out and even remembered who we were when we first tried to check in as our room wasn’t ready! We were celebrating our 2 year anniversary and will definitely be back the next time we go to Disneyland! Thank you to the housekeepers who kept our room spotless as well!

Pros:Added another night to my 2 night stay online andnthey made me check out and in and also pay 2 deposits thats 100.00 =200.00 deposit you will not get back. each to be told I would get my money back or pay 40.00 deposit a day on a 3 day stay if paid with card. So lets just say before you stay here beware of hidden fees add up 14.95 resort fee 2.95 resort tax per day and then 15.00 a day parking. Also my mom in other room paid cash for 3 margaritas to be delivered to her room and she used my room phone because hers did not work another key down side. And tjey charged my room instead when she paid the guy who delievered the drink in cash and said we had to pay again due to us not having the recipe he gave us two days before. (Isnt there a system for this?) So trip to disneyland wasnt going so well family got sick and i have 2 little ones wanted to sleep in let family rest order another night and was told would have to add another night online and then if they maybe had a room available I cpuld check in before 3pm. So had to just stick it out I have orders days to my hotel stays previpus places never having to check out and back in so dumb , change rooms.... Very disappointed in this hotel has so much potential too.

Pros:Jennifer at the front desk was amazing and accommodated all my special requests. She was very professional and friendly. Also, the bartender was amazing and made our drinks with fresh ingredients. The hotel is close to Disneyland, which is nice after a long day.
Cons:Where to start!! The rooms are dingy and old. There is dust in every corner of the room. The bathtub had mold around it and the water was hard, which dried my hair and skin. The room was not vacuumed through our full stay. However, the housekeeping staff was so nice.

Pros:The Red Lion had all the facilities we needed and then some. Our only complaint was with room cleanup and the lack of supply restocking, such as coffee, sugar, etc. and the general straightening of the room. They didn't remake my bed.
