Pros (+) I enjoyed the location. Desk staff were nice.
Cons (-) While my family and I were getting dressed housecleaning came in while I was half dressed tank top only. I asked her why is she here we had a do not disturb sign on the door. She had no answer and left.

Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating, great view of the Disneyland Fireworks and a close walk to the tram to Disney. Nice pool. We enjoyed the make your own waffles at continental breakfast.
Cons (-) There were sticky spots on the floor of our room, so we had to keep our shoes on to walk around. The draw of the bedside table would not stay shut. The water pressure was poor.
