Pros (+) Could walk to Disneyland (20 minutes to downtown disney with 5 & 6 year old kids). Free breakfast every morning. Large 2-bedroom suite on fourth floor from which we could watch the Disney fireworks. Kitchenette had enough dishes and was well-stocked.
Cons (-) Beds were very soft and uneven (our king bed was humped in the middle). Pillows were very soft - requested firmer pillows, but even those were soft. Pool is unheated which wasn't specified on the hotel website.
Pros (+) The room was clean, large, and had an extremely comfortable bed.
Cons (-) The pool area was sad. No character and the water was freezing. I was thinking about the pool all day while at Disneyland with my kiddo. I was so disappointed when I got to the pool and found it unheated. I was the only one to get in, but it was too cold to stay in it.
Pros (+) The size of the rooms, parking structure, and proximity to Disney were all obvious perks.
Cons (-) Room safe wasn’t secured to the room (it could be removed from the room), breakfast okay but immediate and abrupt removal or food, doesn’t feel secure (overnight team was a desk clerk and an older security officer).

Pros (+) This hotel was very nice! Excellent for families as they have nice clean rooms with full kitchen. Great breakfast each morning! Staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating.
Pros (+) Very modern brand new hotel. The bed felt brand new and never slept in. The shower was a beautiful stand up shower with a sliding glass door. Very clean and quiet
Cons (-) The walls were pretty thin and the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t lock.
