I it a great place to stay!
It is a wonderful hotel. Staff are friendly and the receptionist could speake English. I got a welcome phone call from the manager of the hotel which was so cool.
The internet connection wasn't good. But, I believe that it is not hotels problem as other friends from other hotels had the same problem. I guess it is a general issue in Turkey.
This was my second time in this Hotel. The staff are nice, knowhow and helpful. If you are an Iranian looking for some place near U.S. embassy this would be the best choice.
The breakfast buffet
Room services, and it is way too expensive for the money
The staff did their very best, nothing was a problem, friedly and customers really seemed to be important as it should be. Food in the restaurant was very good, above my expectations from tast as well as layout point of view. Many restaurants and shops nearby on the same street. The hotel even called me asking if I wanted a pick-up from airport.
Because of my skandinavian background I'm not used to the morning wake-up by the mosque praying "notice".
The goose feather pillows are very comfortable. There is kettle, water, tea and coffee in the room free of charge. Location is crowded but is the best part of Ankara. I enjoyed my stay in Ramada.
Internet is free but the speed is not enough.
Location of the hotel was excellent. The room had a wonderful large terrace with magnificent view of the city. Breakfast was good.
We were cheated. The ad at booking.com was misleading and plane false. We were sold a "large suit with jacuzzi and access to the executive club" for 3 people. We were given a regular room with an extra bed. When we refused the room we were given a tiny so called "oriental suit" with a shower and beds on the floor. Finally, we were given a small suit with a bath tub (no jacuzzi) with a large terrace. We were told that in fact the hotel does not have such a suit as advertised and that it must have been a mistake. The suit was so small that when they brought the extra bed, they had to remove the tiny couch to make room. There was no executive club. At -b3 there was a tiny room with 3 threadmiles. The tiny sauna was used as storage room.
Roomd very comfortable. Excellenet location!
Limited English among staff; however, they triy hard to staisfy guests.
location, hotel staff
very small room, it is expensive when it is compared with the same range of hotels in europe
Could not pay with Amex
Breakfast was minimum as expected
