“This is a very, very special place. We came during the Covid Crisis and found the service and staff to be absolutely exceptional. The biosecurity was taken seriously and well established without impacting the enjoyment of the stay. The staff are so lovely, with world class standards of care and attention. The in-house chef is excellent with lots of fresh options, and there are thoughtfully put together activities available (cacao tasting, visiting coffee haciendas and horseback riding etc.) In addition to all of this, it is beautiful. The views are stunning from every corner, the gardens and pool are full of birds and I could not recommend Hacienda Bambusa more highly if you are looking for a beautiful peaceful place to relax and enjoy being in just incredible countryside.”
