    Il Roseto is a real great hotel. The location, food (the evening dinner), the cleand and decorated rooms and especially masimo- the hotel owner are all more than could expceted!

    Excellent! Great location just outside of Assisi with amazing views from the rooms and beautiful surroundings. Perfect if you have a car or short walk/bus ride into town. The room was beautifully decorated,very comfortable and had spectacular views.Dinner was a taste sensation using local and homemade produce and breakfast also good.Host Massimo goes out of his way with personal service and all the family are very hospitable including his lovely mother.

    1. The location is great! It's near Assisi, and has a great view over this beautiful town. Hotel surroundings are beautiful; rooms are decorated tastefully 2. Hotel owner helped us a lot. He is friendly and willing to make our stay enjoyable 3. Our dinner in hotel was really pleasant.

    Great view on Assisi and surrounding hills, beautiful poolgarden, very sympathetic owner Massimo who really tries to make you feel at home. We had some really great dinners at Il Roseto.

    Wifi was free but very slow and from our room (top floor) we could hardly get a connection with laptop or Ipod. Hotel was located on main road to Assisi, which made it easy to find, but also created some noise. In our opinion the beds were too hard to be comfortable.

    We think it is not getting any better than this! We had a beautifull view on Assisi.But the very best is having dinner in Il Roseto. Absolutely georgeous. Nice garden with pool. Just perfect. Would go there anytime again!
