It's very convenient to downtown Athens into the campus on all the restaurants and shops that was very nice
The hotel was adequate for the price the biggest negative there is a staff that you're the rudest most unprofessional in customer friendly people I think I've come across in a long time probably need some customer service training
The location was good and centrally located. The staff was accommodating.
I made reservation using one credit card and when I arrived asked if it was charged and they said no. So I used my debit card to charge reservation. After arriving home and checking with my bank I was charged on both credit card and debit card. Not happy.
Basic sleeping needs, quiet.
Overpriced for value
Proximity to Georgia Theatre
The person that checked me in late on a Saturday night was extremely nice and even upgraded my room
Location to downtown. I brought my own sleeping bag and pillows as well as air freshener, a can of RAID and a fan to drown out outside noise. Considering I was willing to sleep at a campsite, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
Property needs to be totally renovated. Bathroom towels of poor quality.
Great Service and friendliness.
Location is convenient to downtown Athens. Manager responded promptly to complaint of non-functional equipment in the room.
Room had strong chemical smell. Found two roaches in the bathroom. Hallways are dirty and littered with cigarette butts.
Some rude staff, double charged one night.
This hotel is operated by a con-man
The con man
Dirty room. poorly functioning bathroom, loose controls. Very poor linens -- tiny bathtowels, threadbare and stained. Had to ask for blankets; took an hour to get them. Were awakened at 3 AM by construction noises in room above us which went on & on.
Comfortable bed, clean sheets.
Dirty floors, carpets, broken door jamb, drippy faucet, cable repairmen were in room when I checked in. Early afternoon staff was pleasant and helpful, evening clerk was surly. Pool was full of trash, no water.
