Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location for its proximity to attractions and restaurants, making it convenient for sightseeing and city visits. However, there are significant concerns about the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, with several reports of dirty carpets, unclean bathrooms, and leftover food or odors. Service is another major issue, with multiple guests describing rude or unhelpful staff, poor customer service, and problems with housekeeping. While some staff members are described as friendly and helpful, negative experiences with others overshadow these positives. Overall, the location is a highlight, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
