Cons (-) I spent $300 on a room for one night and was told there was no parking and if I wanted to park at the hotel that it was $40 every night.

Pros (+) Be ready to see a smile on all of the staff faces and hear Good Morning or Hello. They geniuely are happy to be at work and very happy to help you have a great visit.

Pros (+) Location is excellent, walking distance from Centennial Park and many others.
Cons (-) Basics in the room were clean - like the sink and the sheets...however the rest was not...carpet was dusty, little corners of the room weren't cleaned well/had hair etc, and mirrors/tv surface/pictures on wall were just smeared with a rag rather than actually windexed or whatever proper cleaner exists. I will be looking elsewhere next time most likely.
