Pros (+) Good location, friendly staff, modern facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Pool area needs a bit sprucing up. Area is lush and green with nice landscaping. This is a rooftop pool and the potted landscaping could use some attention. Also, no towels were available though, we were told there were.
Cons (-) Everything was fine except when we called for the bellhop to pick up our bags and valet to pull up our car the message didn't get passed to the appropriate people and we were half an hour late leaving. We just barely made it to the event we were attending.
