The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was excellent!!!
There were no cups in our room.
Staff and location was great, no casino so wasn't full of smoke and noisy, was nice and quite.
The room was dingy, dusty, just didn't look clean, wallpaper peeling everywhere, broken toilet seat, room needs a total makeover.
The hotel is run down. There is $15 resort fee for the amenities...but I still don’t get what the fee was for. The pool was closed “for the season”, no one told us about the WiFi password until we had to call down. There was no information in the room. Each bed had only two pillows and had to ask front desk for more. Staff seem to all have attitudes and very unprofessional. We booked two rooms so I would assume they would be us in adjoining rooms and we even called and requested it and our rooms were next to each but not adjoining. Doors are very heavy and they naturally slam shut so very loud all day and night. I feel like you could hear toilet a flushing all day and night too. Like the pipes for all the rooms run through the room. Housekeeping was great when we asked for extra trash bag for our trash. Rooms were clean. The rooms did smell like cigarette smoke when we checked in though and rooms are supposed to be non smoking. Hotel just seems very run down and with staff that just don’t seem to care. My group and I definitely will not return. Not worth it. Booked it because it was cheap but you get what you pay for and ended up costing the same as staying as nicer hotel anyways.
Friendly staff. Older but beautiful hotel. A little spooky seeing grand spaces without the people and slot machines.
We thought the casino was there but it was not. Parking should be free for guests. The beach was not open we had to go to the next hotel's section of the beach, not a big deal though.
Restaurants closed early additional charges after checking out that I don’t know what they’re for.
Location and staff
They were overbooked so for our 12 year anniversary we were moved to a room with 2 queens as the one we booked days prior 1 king was not available. Their excuse was that they work on a first come first serve basis thus reserving is a waste of time.
Good for the location and price
The Bathroom shower I felt was very tacky and uncomfortable there was no tub just a standing shower and the shower head was very loose and kept falling down.
Customer Service Did Not Exhist
When arriving at the front desk I was not greeted and the only one in line for about 10 minutes. I was charged $50 early check in for being there an hour early and had to get to the golf course. When checking out it was the same thing. No one had a smile and I felt that paying over $200 for a room I would have been treated better. Especially since there is not even a casino. Would not recommend to anyone.
Ghost town hotel
When we asked at check in if there was a gym we were told yes. The next morning my roommate went looking for the gym and it was a sad sight to see. The image online is false advertising for the gym it claims the hotel provides. There’s nothing to do here. Nothing was open to eat at. Never staying here again. It’s a ghost town.
No gambling in the casino anymore. We had to go next door to the resort's hotel. This was not mentioned on the website. My wife and I like having a casino downstairs for convenience
Very poor service
