Pros (+) -Clean facility (rooms, beds, hangout area, bathrooms, kitchen) -Kitchen facilities worked. Majority of kitchen items were included (pots, pans, lids, cutting boards, utensils, etc.) -Decent location. Could access queen street in an instant. -Nearby asian market sells super cheap groceries for travellers on a budget. -Super awesome cleaning staff. -Had 0 problems with the bathroom and shower facil...
Cons (-) -Nothing special about the desk/ reception staff. Not welcoming. Just didn't seem to care. Stereotypical employees who are only there for the paycheque, doing the bare minimum in terms of customer service to keep their jobs. I received better customer service from the cleaning staff.. how that makes sense I don't know. Little bit of a reorganization at that facility is in order. I'd be more inclin...
