We had a great experience here. We went up a couple days for our anniversary. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location in Avon was great for enjoying Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail. We’d go back!

Pros (+) The room was clean, the kids loved the pool and game room! The staff was friendly and when our bath tub wouldn’t shut off the men that came to fix it were polite and did a good job!
Cons (-) Bath tub wouldn’t turn off and it took about 30 min for the staff to fix. A bit of false advertising with the kids club. When talking to the staff it wasn’t apparent they knew of a kids club. Some of the perks, like continental breakfast only available during the week. In house restaurant/bar had no one in it to take an order via phone or in person.

Cons (-) They charged me an incidentals fee and when I call to correct it the lady told me it was a computer glitch charging several people for the last two months. This is something they should be checking if they know they have an issue.

Pros (+) Stayed here with my adult daughter. We got a very good rate. Shuttle for Beaver Creek ( free) picks up across the street. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam room as well. Overall a great stay
