Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location for its proximity to beaches, bars, and local attractions, as well as the friendliness of some staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including insects, poor housekeeping, and lack of regular towel or linen changes. Service was often described as inattentive or unhelpful, with complaints about extra charges for air conditioning and inconsistent room maintenance. Amenities such as the pool and wifi received mixed feedback, with several guests noting that facilities were outdated or not functioning as expected. Overall, while the location was a major positive, cleanliness and service were recurring concerns.
