Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's pools, breakfast options, and spacious rooms, especially for families. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, inconsistent service, and maintenance issues, with several guests feeling the hotel did not meet five-star standards. While some staff members were praised for their friendliness, others were described as unhelpful or indifferent. Restaurant booking systems and food variety also drew criticism. Overall, the hotel is seen as family-friendly with good facilities, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.AI-Generated from customer reviews
