The owners were incredibly friendly and generous (upgraded us to the best room in the hotel because I mentioned it was our anniversary). The location is perfect, a few steps from the gondola, the train station, and the thermal baths. And the view was magnificent!
We didn't like having to leave!

Great breakfast, nice view, really inspiring and helpful host (transportation info, suggestions for activities, weather reports in the morning etc), easy access with a car, well equipped bathrooms. Overall a very nice, tidy and comfortable hotel.

The proprietor was extremely helpful in suggesting walks in the area, and providing restaurant recommendations. The room and the entire facility was very clean and well kept. Free wi-fi available throughout the building. The valley view from the room was fantastic. Excellent location, near train station, bus stop and mountain gondola.
There was no in-room refrigerator (mini bar), but the common lounge room had a selection of wines and a fridge with cold beverages.
