Pros:We were travelling with an infant and cockroaches in the room was the last thing I could ask for. Highly disappointing. Everything else can be ignored but 3 cockroaches no way.

Pros:The staff was friendly, and the hotel was close enough to downtown Baltimore without being IN downtown Baltimore. The free shuttle was helpful and runs to the Inner Harbor, so that we were able to sightsee without having to drive ourselves and hunt for parking.
Cons:Everything was out of order: the hot tub, the sauna, several stalls and sinks in the lobby restrooms... Our room also had a severely crooked picture that I tried to fix, only to find out it was crooked due to a broken bracket and had a nail attached to it. I spent a good couple minutes trying to hang it back in its crooked spot! The couch in our room was also stained, and the hair dryer bag just hung on some other broken bracket on the bathroom wall. Our bathtub also wouldn't plug, so I had to rig up a plastic bag to hold the water in the tub, so that I was able to soak my tired, sore legs after running the Baltimore Marathon. My mom, a chemo patient, also booked a room, and when she arrived, her non-smoking room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke, that she asked to be moved as the smell was making her feel sick. When she called to the desk, their response was, "Well, how is it possible for it to smell like smoke?" They eventually moved her to a different room, but not without a lot of hassle and charging her twice and overdrawing her bank account. They, again, hassled her to refund the accidental double charge and overdraft fee. The hotel served its purpose of giving us a place to stay before and after the marathon, but it didn't do much more above that.

Pros:Everything! Savvy, the front desk CSR, is awesome! Very personable and talkative. I was given 2 free upgrades to make my family's stay the best that it could be. Full FREE breakfast for the ENTIRE family was included in the very relative can t for the area. $114.00. The Hampton Inn for the same night with the same amenities was $156 according to Kayak. I saved $ and received an awesome experience. The beds were comfortable. I did not use the pool or fitness center but I have used a Best Western before and a pool is a pool and a fitness center is always limited but has the essentials. I wanted a good night sleep for myself and my family and that's what I received at a decent price with a FREE breakfast for all. That was a $50 sit down benefit at the minimum.
Cons:I was satisfied with everything.

Cons:The overall cleanliness of the conference facilities was poor. Ice for drinks came in a tub that hadn't been cleaned or disinfected in weeks or maybe ever. I have a photograph of this item. The service at the hotel restaurant was slow to slower. My pre-ordered SALAD took 45 minutes to arrive at my table. So much for express. Would never choose this venue for a meeting.

Pros:We liked that there was a pool which was clean and in good repair. We also appreciated the free parking and the shuttle service to the inner harbor. The free breakfast was more than adequate. It was very helpful that we could leave are car parked even after we had checked out, so we could spend more time in the city and did not need to repark. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:Hotel has the amenities that anybody can enjoy even in fall/winter season. It has free parking space (hotels at the inner harbor have to pay valet parking), complimentary breakfast that's good. They have Sauna, Fitness center, Hot tub and indoor swimming pool. Shuttle bus took us to National Aquarium and picked us up going back to the hotel. Room was comfortable and I request for a nice view. All these are the things me and my husband enjoyed in our stay even for just a night.
Cons:I think The building needs a little renovation. The toilet clogged in some point and the bath tub is kinda old. But this is okay because we focused on the activities that the hotel offered.

Pros:I loved the rooms it comfortable... Kids enjoyed the pool amenities. Breakfast was delicious. And we loved the fact that there was a bar for the adults with decent priced beers. And options to attend comedy show for a fee but the option was there and it was great!!
Cons:That some people didn't respect the non smoking rooms our bathroom smelled like cigarettes because another room was smoking....
