Very good
Walter, Mar 2024
Not particularly well maintained. Nice linens, comfy beds. Half the rooms mostly face another building. Some of the fixtures, particularly the ceilings and revolving doors, are historic and gorgeous. Most of the staff was extremely helpful but I was ignored in the lounge because there was only one front of house person to cover the bar and eating areas.

Room was very dingy. Rooftop bar is seasonal, which is not mentioned on the site. Paid with though Amex and had an interior room which had no view of the city. 2 out of 10. Very disappointed.
