loved the location, staff were all excellent, loved the history and ambience of the hotel
Our room had no AC and the unit they brought in worked poorly. Management gave us 2 breakfast free fro our inconvenience, but hat was a poor response . Our room was very loud due to the portable AC and was warm all night because it didn't work well. I think Management did the very minimal to appease our situation. disappointing.

Perfect for stay and play
This was our first time staying at the fairmont and to be honest we were a little apprehensive. From valet to door to door service it was amazing. The kids loved being in a castle. The pools were awesome, they have in house bowling, movie theatre, winter sport rentals. We basically realized by staying there we didn't have to pack up 2 toddlers and a baby to go have fun. And kids under 5 eat free at their restaurants, plus the little touches like sending us all matching bathrobes and slippers even for my kids!. All in all we would do it again!
We had opted out of bringing our stroller this trip and that was the only thing I wish we had at the hotel as it's so big and we were in a wing far from the main building. Wish they had a stroller rental kinda thing
