Nice quiet place to stay outside of banff
Amazing food, views, and amenities for a great price!
No complaints whatsoever!
They charged me for 2 nights when I only stayed for one, Due to an error in the online booking dates. They would not refund me because they said it was not within their policy. The Deluxe room was tiny and definitely not worth the money.
Hotel was an older facility without an elevator. Several front desk attendants were unfriendly. The cleaning staff was not consistent had to ask for towels several times along with Kleenex and bathroom tissue.
Didn't have an elevator ... would of chosen a different hotel especially since we were on the second floor and had to carry our luggage upstairs.
Restaurant is excellent. Check in fast. Views amazing
Room very dusty. Cleanliness can be improved
I hope they include free breakfast for hotel guests
This is a great hotel - if you are a good sleeper!
Beautiful view from room Great restaurant Great staff
The noise on the highway side rooms - did not sleep The hot tub had so much chemical in it we had to get out
Best Patio in Banff
A wonderful view and a excellent restaurant. My only knock would be more local draft beers on tap, ( Wildrose, Grizzly Paw etc). We do love it there.
Recieved an impressive, memorable welcome from the manager. Staff was very responsive to all requests.
The location is amazing, we were located in the 1st floor with access to a beautiful deck. Also the bar was nice
The "high speed" internet is like arcade I paid for 30 min and I bearly read 2 e-mails is better to plan a complete disconnection from outside world
The Bistro was great, room was decent.
They didn't clean the rooms thoroughly.
Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was terrific, the staff were exceptional, and the rooms were comfy and welcoming. The view was also incredible!
I liked the fact that it was not right in the city and that it was very close to norquay. The staff and amenities where great too.
Courteous, attentive staff - clean rooms with great views.
Location near main Highway - ask for a room at the rear of the hotel!
Wonderful location, helpful staff, beautiful room, clean, quiet,....perfect
The room was clean and we especially enjoyed the deck/patio outside our room.
Breakfast doesn't begin until 7:30 a.m., which was late for us the day we left. We needed to get on the road early.
Visiting the city of Banff means enjoying the great outdoors. The Juniper Hotel is a hotel that caters to guests who enjoy all the fun of the great outdoors and wish to have a relaxing time when they come back from their outdoor excursions. This is why the hotel takes care of the simple things – like parking. Free parking is ideal, especially because Banff is a small town and parking is at a premium. Relaxing after a hike or skiing also means enjoying a soak in the hot tub. The bottom line, if you are an active person, this is a hotel that is ideal for you because it takes care of you.
The Juniper Hotel keeps service personal, as this hotel only has 52 rooms, the staff will get to know you quickly. There are two types of rooms, the “Woodland” and the “Valley.” The Valley is the deluxe room and features a larger space, premium bedding and a deck for you to step outside and see a magnificent view of the Rocky Mountains. The Woodland style only features a window to look out, but otherwise, the rooms are very similar. They offer coffeemakers, room service, and you have the added convenience of satellite television along with free Wi-Fi. Natural wood finishes permeate the room, reminding you that you are indeed surrounded by natural beauty.
The Juniper Hotel has everything that travelers to Banff could want. Between nature and amenities, it doesn’t get any better than spending some time in this great city and staying at this hotel.
