Pros (+) The staff were friendly and accommodating and provided good information when needed. The location is great, and if you stay you get to go to the observation deck for free which was great! Great views were seen; I love Bangkok and its' night lights so that was definitely a highlight for me.
Cons (-) The place was very very busy so it was slightly hard to relax, and the room was slightly dated. It was difficult to access with public transport, so I shall keep that in mind next time.

Pros (+) Close to shopping; just a few feet from hotel. Offered a lot of amenities (did not do buffet offered since the price for one was what we spent eating at the market for three people). The gym was nice and the staff was friendly, English speaking. Nice view
