Pros (+) The staff were very accomodating with our requests and information. The location was good, walking distance from the BTS and Siam square. The 15th floor lounge was very relaxing, great place for a mid afternoon or evening break. Breakfast was tasty and had many choices. The rooms looked just like the photos with nice decor and a good size, even for the studio suite. We would definitely go back.
