The hotel location is good, easy access to BTS, central world and other amenities. We were upgraded for free which was very kind, however now I'm thinking I wish we had been given our original room. The room was hot and stuffy with the air conditioning circulating in the kitchen rather than the whole room. Pros (+) the bed and pillows was so comfy. I love it so much especially the pillows.
Cons (-) some of electric equipment inside the room must be update to the new especially TV and washing machine a little bit old.

Pros (+) Spaciousness of the room and location. The room was also well-lit, the bed was nice and large. Shower facilities were nothing special, but the bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Overall, it was a very nice experience.
