It is a functional small serviced apartment. The location would be good exceot for the building site next door.
The hotel is next to a large building site - on the Sukhumvit side of the hotel a new hotel is being built. Currently they are only a ground and first floor level so there is probably another year of construction. Work starts early morning and finsishes late evening under lights. The noise is constant and loud. If you do want to stay here ask for a room on the north side of the building. I honestly think that they should not be selling rooms on the south side.

convenient location with the tuk tuk shuttle service to MRT; friendly, accommodating staff at front desk and Mini Bar.
breakfast could have a better selection; bathroom amenities so scarce. may need to change towels soon.

breakfast terrible, taxi touts outside rude and really make Citidines look cheap, tuk tuk service is very poor, either no one to take you or out of gas etc etc etc...
