Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, moldy smells, and lack of proper housekeeping. Noise from the street was a common complaint, especially in rooms facing the road, impacting sleep quality for some guests. Service feedback was mixed, with some staff members being helpful and supportive, while others were described as rude or unprofessional. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and noise insulation.
