Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciate the spacious rooms, some mentioning strong air conditioning, balconies, and good amenities. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, and the location is considered convenient by several reviewers, especially for access to public transportation. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple guests noting dirty rooms, mold, and pests. Some guests also mention that the hotel is a bit far from the city center and that the value for price is average. Overall, while the hotel offers comfortable, large rooms and good service, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
