The hotel facility was great. It would be nice, however, for a hotel this close to the airport to have a complimentary airport shuttle. And if that's not doable, at least have the front desk staff offer to make arrangements for an Uber or taxi for for guests. We had an early morning flight (5:30am) and were very concerned that we might not be able to get an Uber or taxi that early in the morning. ...

The hotel employees were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, nice pool and hot tub, we did not go down for breakfast so not sure what they offered. The hotel was also conveniently located, close to airport and downtown Bangor

Pros (+) Comfortable beds, large clean rooms, friendly staff and close to the airport
Cons (-) Huge over stuffed pillows. Bring your own pillow unless you like to sleep with your head crooked at a 45 degree angle. I still highly recommend this hotel. Everything else was great including a wonderful breakfast and warm and friendly staff.
