Pros (+) Staff did a great job.
Cons (-) Beds were soft, uncomfortable. Walls thin, could hear tv and people in room next door. Noise from floor above was loud. Noise insulation not done well enough.

Cons (-) The doors slam when closing. Very noisy at night. The buffet in the casino is terrible. Cold food and low quality.

Cons (-) By midnight around 4:00pm, awakened by next room guests! Not just they slammed the door, they also talk so loud and last for about 1/2 hour until we called the front desk to complain. Less choice for dinning during the weekday stay.

Cons (-) Difficult parking. If traveling with kids, they make you sign a waiver to not leave them alone if under 16. This may put a damper on mom and dads plans to go to the casino.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly in all areas, Reception, Restaurants & Casino. There were cookies and flavored waters in the reception area. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We stayed at the hotel to see a show at the Cross Insurance Center, which was an easy walk right across the street. The rooms were very quiet and the views from the upper floors were terrific. We were ...
Cons (-) While the covered and enclosed parking is conveniently located right outside the doors of the lobby, it is also the Smoking Area. There is no way to avoid the clouds of smoke upon entering and leaving the hotel lobby. For a non smoking hotel, it's a terrible place for a smoking area unless you don't mind the smell of smoke on your clothes and in your hair.

Pros (+) For what the room cost, I would have expected a lot more luxury from a casino hotel.room was below average, not comfortable. Lacked amenities. Hotel staff and snack bar staff was very good
Cons (-) Restaurant food was terrible. Fish and chips was the worst I have ever had. Waiter wasn't knowledgeable regarding drink programs. Slot machines were lousy payouts. Too many penny machines and too many impossible machines. Buffett was too expensive @ $25. Didn't try it I question if this casino is going to survive. Not very busy for a Friday night.

Pros (+) Hotel was nice, though perhaps a little pricey - especially if paying to stay at casino (see note on what I didn't like). Staff was efficient at checkin.
Cons (-) Casino is small, slots seem generally older. Went on a Saturday night and it was pretty dead. Drinks were both bad and weak. Last call wasn't really a last call so much as an announcement of no more service as of that second. Then they actually walk around and collect your drinks. I felt like I was in the twilight zone - just a very strange (and not to be repeated) experience.
