The staff very polite and helpful. Nice quiet room in the upper floor wieving to the beautiful garden side. Fresh fruit in the room. Possibility to make some coffee. Hotel locating in the centre of the city. Private parking, Nice to start the day in the beautiful breakfast room with a large selection of fresh food. We want to express our thanks to he staff for organizing flowers to our breakfast table on our private anniversary. We very much appreciated that. We will return to this hotel.
Teppichboden im Zimmer müsste dringend erneuert werden. Im Badezimmer sollte man die Fugen der Bodenfliesen und der Duschkabine zum Saisonende gründlich mit Chlor gereinigen.

Helpful Staff, Great location, lovely pool and a good varied breakfast. The staff were also kind enough to arrange our airport transfer which was very efficient. will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends who I know return to Lake Garda each year.
