Pros (+) Loved the froendly staff .. nothing was too much. Was easy to find. The room was beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and impressed with the coffee and tea facilities and plentuful toiletries. Breakfast made to order was amazing due to my dietaey requirements. All in all impressed
Pros (+) Nice property with beautiful private garden in the back. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It is fairly easy to walk into Bath from the hotel, however you must climb a moderate hill to reach the hotel from the rail or bus station, so if you have luggage I suggest you take a cab or #4 local bus up to the Oldfield Rd. Stop. House has old world charm. Breakfast is very nice !
Cons (-) Bathroom is on the small side with quite small shower (retrofitted into older house that did not have individual baths).
Pros (+) While it was not as close to the city center as I felt was advertised, it was definitely within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and we got breakfast very quickly. The breakfast was also very nice with cold options to nibble on while you waited if you wanted the larger hot options available. Also, one of our party was a smoker and enjoyed the back garden, it was very well kept and bea...
Cons (-) The room was very hot and cramped. The beds were not very great. The shower had no water pressure so was not a pleasant time. It was an attic room, which was not advertised to the tall people in my party hit their heads on the low sloping ceilings. Also, being on the second floor, we could not connect to the wifi since we were out of range.
