The facilites were not good, the roof top place where you eat breakfast is dirty, under construction. The furniture in the rooms are old and the hotel is nowhere near a 5 star rating in Europe, possibly 2 star. The staff are not knowedgeable and unhepful.
the breakfast was really poor and the restaurant service was mediocre. The location is inside a barricaded area and u need to arrange with the reception before arrival to lift the barrier in order for the car to enter. there is no lobby for waiting
location and staff friendliness.
knowledge of staff was sub-par
Friednlyness of the staff.
Amazing location - I felt very safe as a single, female traveller and access to cafes and shops was excellent. The staff were helpful and kind. It was clean and comfortable. With the small kitchen area, I think this would be great if you had children. Spacious room.
Overpriced - its not a 5 star hotel really, but probably a 3/4 star European standard. The breakfast was particularly disappointing - not much choice and a fairly dingy room (there was an amazing balcony in the restaurant but they hadn't set that up for breakfast - a shame). All rooms slightly smell of smoke: they should make them non smoking.
breakfast on the roof top terrass with a view over the downtown and a bit of the sea. excellent croissants!
the coffee tasted awful. the extra single bed didn't have beddings of the right size.
