The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, in particular the morning breakfast staff
Noise on one of the nights was extremely off putting think a wedding party decided to make the most of the corridors outside our room.

We have stayed at thte hotel many times and the food is always good and the staff very welcoming. The hotel has done major refurb over the last couple of years and looks great
The Shower was cold on both mornings despite being reported. Noise from wedding guests, would of been nice to be pre warned

We did not get the room type we had booked. There was a wedding and the rooms were unreal with the noise of the music - nightmare!!!!!!!!!
