Central to Belfast
The hotel was central to Belfast, it was close to all the shops.
The fire alarm went off at 7am then at 7:30am.
The close proximity to the city centre and the shops
No hotel bar. Very noisy, better double glazing/soundproofing required
Room size too small windows not shutting properly
Good services. Good location close to City Centre and tour pick up points
Outside and inside noise.
Hotel has prices advertised in euro but would only accept pound.
having to walk for half an hour in the lashing rain to find somewhere to change our currency as we arrived late
I got exactly what i expected from my stay good value clean room and great location.I would have no hesitation booking again.
could do with a bigger bath and an easier shower to use
rooms clean and comfortable.staff very friendly
no where to leave bags before check in
Hotel was next to Crown Liquor Saloon and other good pubs. Staff was very nice.
Double bed was smaller than most singles I have seen. Would not recommend to travelers/couples doubling up.
nothing totally disappointed was looking out at a blank wall no light in the room, no spoon to make tea,on two occassions when we left room we had to get staff to let us in as the door was faulty, was wakened from seven with piegeons cooing, staff wre exellent at all times breakfast lovely but i have stayed at hotels like premier inns for fifty pounds and the rooms and facilities were 5 times better wont be going back or recomending it!
situation -close ti city centre
the room was very poorly lit [natural light] and the view was dismal, also at 7.a.m. workmen at the back of the office block we looked out on starting emptying skips. it's a pity we couldn't get rooms next to each other, the internal phone did not work, so we had to go to our son's room on a diferent floor when we wanted to speak to him.
