Cons (-) The TV would not turn on and I could not get on hotel Internet despite putting in the correct password - so no entertainment offered! The pool and the sauna were both covered up. The shower felt good, but it could have been really bad if I hadn't figured out that you got the hot water to come by turning to the right instead of the normal left. Yeah.... not staying here again.
Pros (+) All of the staff who we encountered were very pleasant-- when the TV wouldn't work, we called the front desk and an employee came up to our room to fix it. Another employee was on-hand in the morning to make waffles. Wi-fi in the continental breakfast room was adequate (though it wasn't very good in our bedroom). Organic soaps in the bathrooms. But despite these pros, the Lodge had more cons, and ...
Cons (-) Overall, the motel felt dirty and a little creepy. The hallways were dim, the carpets and walls were stained. Our window (with no screen) had been left wide open, letting in flies. The window had a small hole in it (from a BB gun?), the window sill was stained, and the curtain was dirty. The phone woke us up when it rang at 6:45am, with nobody on the other end, which also happened to an acquaintan...

Pros (+) I chose this hotel due to the advertised free parking. Oh boy, did I ever choose wisely! We also got free wifi, toilet paper MUTHA F#*%NG WAFFLES!
Cons (-) Having to supply the FREE sauna with champagne and women.
