Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location and the quality of the breakfast, which is often described as varied and delicious. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, there are repeated complaints about elevator issues, noise from the street or other rooms, and some maintenance problems in the bathrooms and facilities. While the service is generally seen as adequate, a few guests experienced confusion or delays. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for its location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in maintenance and some aspects of service.AI-Generated from customer reviews
