Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to IISc and local attractions, making it very convenient for visitors. The spacious rooms and overall value for price were also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, opinions on service, cleanliness, and amenities were mixed: while some guests found the staff courteous and helpful, others mentioned rudeness and slow service. Cleanliness and maintenance received both positive and negative remarks, with some guests finding rooms clean and others noting the need for renovation. Amenities and breakfast were mentioned as adequate by some, but lacking by others. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for location and room size, but with room for improvement in service and facilities.
