Very nice room, comfortable and clean, and for a very reasonable price. Extensive breakfast and superb location.
No internet connection was a bit of a problem, but otherwise I liked all other things.

The hotel is set right in the heart of Berchtesgaden. It is a charming, older hotel and you really get the flavour of Bavaria which you certainly wouldn't get in a more contemporary setting. On site restaurant serves very good traditional German food. The breakfast is substantial with cereals, breads, breakfast cakes, meats, cheese, eggs, fruit, coffee and tea. The service is elegant with linen table cloths and white china. The breakfast room provides a breathtaking view of the Alps.
We were very satisfied with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean, and it was also fairly inexpensive but the quality of the accomodation was reflected in the price.
I had hoped for a view over the town but we couldn't see anything from our room.
