Rooms are clean and location is great.. but no good room service.. if you need room service, you have to tell them many times.. so that they will take initiative... Also they do building projects while hotel guests are trying to enjoy their vacation.. the final verdict is that this is an ok location to stay but definitely not one of the best.. not even close to best... i have to also mention that ...

One caveat, the towel rack in bathroom — which I believe also functions as a warmer — is bolted to wall so close to toilet that it prevents one from being able sit straight. One must sit at angle to use.
Pros (+) Very comfortable room with a fireplace.
Cons (-) The resistance exercise equipment in the fitness room was barely functional. It needs repair.

Pros (+) It's convenient located, it has a nice arquitecture. The breakfast is complete and the persons very warm. the shower and the water temperature.
Cons (-) too much escalators, ceiling too low, with central heating, you can't control the temperature. I have two rooms (one on the Jacuzzi level is cold and one on the second floor is too hot).

Pros (+) Staff was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. Also the rooms were very quiet and it was easy to fall asleep. The room had a gas fireplace which was a nice surprise. The included morning breakfast was good, great selection and the service was good.
