Pros:Nice kitchen facilities in the suite with microwave, stovetop and fridge. Good location.
Cons:Customer service was lacking. The front office staff made us feel like they were doing us a favor when helping us or even checking us in. There's even a sign up at the front that says something to the effect that they charge extra for bad attitudes. They didn't greet us warmly, and I even had to ask if they worked there, and they had no nametags or uniforms. They did respond and get someone to our room when we had some issues (lamp was missing a knob, there were crumbs on the sofa bed showing that the fitted sheet wasn't changed, the toilet seat was loose) and were courteous. In terms of the room, the carpet was old (they said they were planning on changing it), the bathroom facilities were very basic and old, the sofa bed is not at all comfortable despite being new (you can feel the springs), and the housekeeping staff made it abundantly clear that they do NOT clean the rooms (unless you request that they vaccuum, which we did), but that they simply make the bed if necessary and change towels. Overall, I would compare this to an old Motel 6. I would not pick this inn again--I'd upgrade to a hotel.

Pros:Peaceful, quiet, friendly staff. Good location, view of lake! Close to all restaurants.

Cons:The ice machine was in the office and it closed at night. No fridge so bring a cooler.

Pros:Close to village and lake, plush clean carpet, big bathroom and closet space, flat screen tv, fireplace, wide open space right across the parking lot where we were able to play in the snow. Loved it! Will definitely return and recommend!
Cons:No microwave or fridge :( pillows a little uncomfortable. even though we were one of maybe 4 occupied rooms and we were leaving on a Tuesday, they still called at 11 to remind us of check out. It's not actually a negative I guess - they were nice about it and 11 IS the listed check out time but I will always give bonus points to a place that gives free late check out!
